What the service does

Vdownload reads the publicly available formats for a media link you supply and streams the version you select to your device. It is offered free of charge, without any account, and without any guarantee of availability.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for what you download and for what you do with it afterwards. In particular, you agree that:

• You will only download content you own, content published under a licence that permits it, content in the public domain, or content you have the rights holder's permission to copy.
• You will comply with the terms of service of the platform the content is hosted on. Many platforms restrict or prohibit downloading, and those terms are a matter between you and that platform.
• You will comply with copyright law in your own jurisdiction, and you will not redistribute, republish or commercially exploit content you do not hold the rights to.
• You will not attempt to circumvent digital rights management, access private or restricted material, or use automated means to place excessive load on the service.

Acceptable use

The service applies rate limits so that it remains available to everyone. Attempting to bypass those limits, to script bulk downloads, or to resell access to the service is not permitted, and access may be withdrawn without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that any particular link will work, or that a download will complete. Source platforms change without notice and features may stop functioning as a result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any claim brought against you in connection with content you downloaded through it.

Intellectual property and takedowns

We host no media content ourselves. If you are a rights holder and believe the service is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at the address below with details and we will respond.
